Carlos Tevez | How do City fans remember him?

As he went up to collect the FA Cup in 2011 lots of City fans put their scarves round his neck. My abiding memory is him slyly dropping them to the ground.

He made a big contribution and was well paid. He has no affinity for the club and that's fine with me as I have no affection for him either.

I really liked Tevez, thought he was brilliant for us, a real game changer. And I absolutely loved his welcome to Manchester poster winding that lot up.

We all liked Tevez. For me he was game changer for us. The message we sent with him coming to us was like ‘we are here to win and grow’.
I don’t think we would sign him today. We just don’t need to. We are big and want only the best, on and off the pitch.

Tevez will always be one of my very favourites. A whirlwind of a player. It was privilege to see him in a blue shirt.
