The way Italian clubs operate, you can't rule out this info being leaked to try and haggle Real Madrid's price down for Higuain. It'll probably be one or the other.
Wouldn't doubt it. Higuain and juve have agreed to terms but juve have no interest in paying more than €20ish million for a striker Madrid no longer value and fair to them. Wouldn't be that surprised to see both tevez and higuain both go to juve but it will probably be a case of one or the other

30 million Andy Carrol 10 million Carlos Tevez......................F.F.S. I dispair.

Tevez has one year on his contract, and Carroll was a panic buy, Newcastle knew Liverpool needed a replacement for Torres and took them to the cleaners.

I thought Carlito wanted to go back to Boca?

A 3 years deal(?) with Juve means that isn't true.

So, he could have signed an extension with us, but decided to go to Juve for longer instead.

Such is life.

We'd be lucky to get £10million for him.

Ignoring his contract situation he's probably still a £20+million player. If only he had 2 years left and not 1.

How much did Van Persie go for last season?

£24m but he scored 36 goals in 2011/12.

hes been such an important player for us. we will be weaker without him.
No we wont. Because he's been playing deep behind Aguero, he's become more of a 2nd striker or an advanced midfielder than an out and out forward. He's slowing down, and it's affected his goal threat. Navas and Fernandinho's addition will change City, and bring other things to our game

theres no point keeping him if he refuses to sign another contract, juve wont pay much imo, being in his last yr, plus his past troubles, maybe 10-15mil max and looks like hes happy with terms they offering, looks pretty much wrapped up

Marotta has an agreement with the player and wait for the yes of the City by fax.
