The only person who assassinated Suarez's character was Suarez - a feckin disgrace. Even forgetting racism and biting his behaviour in the World Cup quarter was one of the most contemptible things you will see!

Being a cheat bad
Being a racist - disgraceful
Being a vampire - contemptible
Gloating - disgusting

Being a gloating cheating racist vampire - priceless

This. I love how people like to portray him as some innocent media victim.

Just watched the goals of the 10/11 season, Tevez scored some belters, that was easily his best season for us.

Suarez will definitely not be staying in England.

His character assassination has now been fully completed by the media here. Not just the gutter press like The Sun, Mirror, Star, Mail but also the so called heavyweights like the Times, Telegraph, Independent and Ugnadiar.

Spot on Ealing. How anyone can say the media played a part in Suarez's downfall is beyond me.
He was the architect of his own demise. Loathe as I am to stick up for the press, where Suarez is concerned they did nothing but report the facts. It's not like the Mario situation where we had ridiculous made up stories in the papers every week.

Suarez is a scumbag no doubt but the media do seem to have an ABU(anyone but United) policy when it comes to character assassinations.

Suarez deserves everything he has got but our noisy neighbours from Trafford have a rapist, a drug cheat and a wife beater in their team but we never here a thing about it, in fact the wife beater was pushed for sports personality of the year and got it!

I've also failed to mention an ex manager who has been buying and selling football clubs using his son but again nothing in the media infact the channel four documentary was brushed completely under the carpet.

It's the hypocrisy that annoys people.

Interestingly I saw Captain Cripple on Sky News the other night still on the books at the Swamp - despite his mauling on the Channel Four documentary.

Exactly nmc it's not reported so it's forgotten about it is probably one of the biggest football scandals of all time but because it involves them it disappears.

Lets say we got offered 12.5m a he is on 12.5m pa wages then that effectively gives us the choice do we spend 25m to have tevez for a year or not.

Now bearing in mind there is a 50% chance he will be great and a 50% chance he will be AWOL, fat, in prison, in Spain or Argentina you could say that you are paying 25m for a 50% chance of having a great tevez!

That would be madness utter madness as he won't be first choice - get shot as we should have done 2 years ago anything else would be economically stupid . If he is to stay he has to sign a new contract on less money!

Personally I hope we get rid and we should have done the summer before Munich
He's been a great player for us, but his striking game isn't the same.

Always a great attitude on the pitch, but he just doesn't look like scoring any more. Still a good player as a midfielder.
