Im not bothered if the Tevez goes.I would rather keep Dzeko than Tevez.Even though Dzeko was half hearted last season.I think Pellergrini will have better and hungrier striker in Dzeko than Tevez next season.
Tevez is always hungry on the pitch..always gives 100%.baildon blue said:Im not bothered if the Tevez goes.I would rather keep Dzeko than Tevez.Even though Dzeko was half hearted last season.I think Pellergrini will have better and hungrier striker in Dzeko than Tevez next season.
Yeah like he did in Munich. That was unforgivable and lets not forget it.Tevez has past his sell by date, and we need a fresh strikerTheMaineRoad said:Tevez is always hungry on the pitch..always gives 100%.baildon blue said:Im not bothered if the Tevez goes.I would rather keep Dzeko than Tevez.Even though Dzeko was half hearted last season.I think Pellergrini will have better and hungrier striker in Dzeko than Tevez next season.
I'm just saying when ever he is playing he always puts all his effort in. However, I agree, I think it's time for Carlos to move on.baildon blue said:Yeah like he did in Munich.

I like Dzeko Cavani upfront . 2 out and out goalscorers with wingers.
Navas................Fernandinho.............Toure..................Silva
.........................Dzeko......................Cavani.
If we play 4-4-2 in some games, the above line up is quite stable and will give us goals but I suspect we will be going for a 4-3-3- formation next season.
But my point is I will be quite content with a strike force of Aguero, Dzeko and Cavani with Gudeitti in and out and players like Silva, Nasri and Yaya chipping in as supporting striker once in a while.
Tevez is our second best player after Yaya and he is unplayable on his day but in light of what is not readily perceptible by the media and most fans in terms of his emotions, feelings for the club and personality I will actually breath a sign of relief when he goes and is replaced with a good player like Cavani. But I will be worried if we sell him without any replacement. As I said, Tevez is one of the best players in the world so he is difficult to replace but Cavani is perhaps a better goal scorer and is as good a replacement out there. In contrast to Tevez, I also think Cavani has a good , free spirited personality, always play with a smile, likes to have fun (check out his goal celebrations) and will not pick fights with anyone.
As we sold De jong, and Richards prolonged absence, I believe the team was bereft of genuine positive spirit last season and I think Cavani will provide that.
As I said, these are intangibles that people do not readily perceive but it can make all the difference.
Hahaha! Shirley this is a Clarkie.

Well as he was our joint top scorer last season, what can be said of our other 2 strikers then?Jumanji said:I'd trade some of that "effort" for goals...
