If tevez goes we will surely replace him and hopefully with cavani or suarez.

We won't. Cavani isn't coming because we won't pay up, and Liverpool won't sell Suarez for less than £40m which we won't pay. So who is his replacement?

Please not jovetic.

Is he good at football as he is at tennis?

BREAKING via Sky Italy: City and Juventus reach an agreement on the transfer of Carlos Tevez. £7.6m + £2.5m in easily met bonuses.

£7.6m for Tevez.

I would pay him his current wages if I got him for that, the man will get any team 15-20 goals in all competions and 10-15 assists.

Juventus wont be paying his current wages, he will have take a cut definately.

Bargain of the summer.

Err, what the actual fuck? I thought we weren't letting anyone go without his replacement arriving first? We haven't even replaced Mario yet, ffs.

Who is to say we might not replace either?

To be honest I am not ruling it out.

Care to elaborate?

If the club have not got a replacement lined up then I think we are in for another long saga where we will overspend for a player. I hope the club have someone very good in sights to. Bringing in a someone not as good as tevez will not get us anywhere, he contributed a lot.

The voice of reason and common sense my friend.

I can see 1 striker in. Those days we had 4 strikers under Mancini are over IMO. We won't replace Mario with a striker but we will replace Tevez IMO.

Can see pelelgrini switching between palying 2 and 1 striker so no need for 4.

Good news....providing he's adequately replaced

I'd like to see Benteke at City. Cavani is too risky

Dont think 2 strikers will sign. Replacement for Tevez, probably Jovetic, Higuain or Villa. Given Txiki and Fran background id guess Villa. Pretty much convinced myself Cavani is a no go

just opinion mate.

I think the side will be built around Kun with Dzeko being the second man.

I can see Villa and Guidetti being the other options

My money is on David Villa, to be honest I just have a feeling he is a certian to come to us.

I hope not. He looks pretty much past his best these days.

The fact that clubs weren't exactly knocking down the door to sign him should tell you something Sam.

Reasonable shout, but we're going to have to take a risk somewhere.

We delude ourselves. Guidetti is a very useful player, but not nearly at the level we are at right now. 31 year old Villa for 29 year old Tevez... hmmm great idea.

£10m! Not bad, made a book profit on him and shifted a huge wage off the bill.

Thanks Carlos, all the best.

Just like Tevez

What is it with fans who see the name on the back of the shirt rather than what the player does now
