Carragher spits at fan / now prank on g neville backfires

Spitting is considered common assault and carries a maximum custodial sentence of 6 months, the same as being found driving a vehicle under the influence.

Also, the offence of ‘road rage’ does not exist in U.K. law.

Hope this helps

Road rage is an aggravating feature. And magistrates and district judges will very much take that into account.

Not sure that is correct in law. Spitting is considered assault with a weapon. Also the victim was a child. Also it was a road rage attack which are very significant aggravating features.

Lol.

The main culprit is the Rag , driving his vehicle whilst using a phone with his child in the front seat , which has the potential to kill a few people , Carragher gobbing out of a car window as far as i can see does not have the potential to cause a fatality. The childs mother is now having her ten penneth worth and her fifteen minutes of fame by criticising Carragher and yet has not stopped for one minute to question her husband/partner for putting their child in that situation. The irony is Carragher will lose his job and livelihood because of his high profile and the piece of shit Rag behind the wheel will make a few quid , become a social media celebrity and a hero to all the intellectually challenged scum that support that vermin football club. Can't wait for the next ex-Rag/Dipper pundit to be rolled into place to keep these clubs relevant.

Spitting has never killed or seriously injured anyone. driving whilst filming sideways and not concentrating on the road has. I know you see people on their phones every day, usually thought they are looking straight ahead, this small brained idiot isn't otherwise Carragher would not be in full shot. He is driving and filming which is just about as stupid as you can get, well to most people it is anyway.

I think that spitting, in law at least, is seen as being capable of killing and causing serious injury (Hep, HIV, etc.) and that is why spit is treated as a weapon.

I am not sure Carra is justified in spitting at the child because the man is filming him.

Is he fuck justified.....its a scum thing to do

Why do an interview?!

He has made his apology on social media take the suspension and go on holiday for a few weeks. I presume he isn’t being charged for anything

I actually don't think he should lose his job. Both men should face legal action though.
