Brilliant idea.
Let's rack up a shedload of legal costs fighting a case that won't be won anyway.
What a fucking laughing stock of a club.
They remind me of us in the 80's.
wouldn't be so sure fetlocks, the FA have agreed to re-review the decision now

So, what is this 'correct test' that WHU refer to?

You'd have to ask them, but for the record I think it should have been rescinded and Flores punished for either the headlock before the incident and the play-acting following it, especially the play-acting, it's a scourge on the game.

I agree.... never a red card... yellow for the carelessness...
Seems a strange statement that... 'correct test'

Taking 'legal' action by a disgruntled club is inevitable, the FA are useless at all levels from the professional game right down to grassroots level ,their inconsistency is astonishing and need to be questioned until they get it right.

On this incident ,IMO no worse a sending off than tens of other controversial incidents over the years, never a sending off ,a no brainer.
Howard Webb ruined a WC final with his inability ( or more like instructions ,probably why he's been chosen again) to dish out a first half red card to the Aggressive Dutch tactics of that particular final.De Jongs karate kick merited a yellow, yet Webb reviews his red card on Carroll and insists he got it right.

They are a pathetic bunch that will be challenged in the courts sooner rather than later.

The only good point Allardice says is that it should of been a foul on Carroll just before the incident and Web let that go...

As my dad says, two wrong don't make a right.

Just because Carroll was fouled moments earlier, it doesn't give him the privilege of thumping someone in retaliation, especially when the ref, who happens to be one of our best - except where the rags are concerned, of course - is only metres away and looking directly at you.

he stretched his f*cking arm, to prevent him getting past, a foul at best.

He made zero contact and caught a strand of his f*cking hair. howard webb sent him off because he wrongly got conned into thinking carroll punched chico's face

we'll find out the decision about half 5/6 tonight

Correct decision. Now Sam focus on the job in hand and get back to trying to sort your team and football out!
