If the Italians are pushing for charges against Juve and the former directors then it gives the perfect excuse for UEFA to back off.There is no evidence but as I alluded to in an earlier post it seems to me uefa had been covering up for one of their own and will now do anything they can to distance themselves.

Given that Der Spiegel had (and still have presumably) the physical hard drives in their possession and that they're supposedly "investigative reporters", you'd imagine it wouldn't be too much of a struggle.With Rui Pinto bang to rights, the biggest Whodunnit in the whole affair is who doctored the City emails and why.
