CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Never in doubt. We have been stout in our defence from the beginning. This time we have stood up, and won. That is all that matters.

There will now be a shift. I suspect the CL in the short term is under threat, we wanted our feet under the table and whilst that will still be difficult, today has opened some doors.

Fantastic news this morning, feels like our biggest win of the season, I hope the club get tough with Miguel Delaney, Tariq, Harris & the rest & ban them from the club, they have had their own agenda against us through all of this & it’s time to say FUCK YOU back to them

So what's their next plan of attack?
The number of clubs we own?
Peps beard?
Covid vialotaions?

Manchester City's €10m CAS-reduced fine for breaching Financial Fair Play rules converts to slightly more than the 'Etihad direct contribution for £8m' on the day this email was sent regarding the Abu Dhabi-owned club's '£88.5m' '13/14 sponsorship fee'.

His jawdropping claim that City were still in breach of FFP is surely sufficient to get the lawyers after the bitter cunnt.
Hee hee hee. I love the smell of desperation in the morning.
