I can't believe the number of inaccuracies spouted by that guy on SkySports at the top of each hour.

At no stage has anyone recognised the actual main charge of inflating sponsorship was completely dismissed.

Glad to hear this. Always thought the wording of our official statement was telling. Paraphrasing here as I can’t be arsed switching tabs on mobile but didn’t it say something like “we await the full report from CAS but are happy...”.

I have a sneaking suspicion that some of the usual suspect ‘journos’ are going to end up with egg on their face after going balls deep into the ‘time-barred’ narrative.

Don't worry. Even if CAS says that we have done nothing wrong and the emails don't prove anything, they would say we bribed them to make that judgement.

The BBC article was the first report I saw on us being found innocent. It is incredibly biased and essentially says we have killed off FFP. Funnily enough the article does not have a 'have your say' option to comment, as I would have liked to convey a polite retort.........

And....why cant owners spend their own money if they want to, at least within reason. That is an easy one to fit in to FFP if it were given a moments thought.
