Uefa ****s in their statement talked about time-barring as the reason for our exoneration but conveniently left the part where CAS said there was not enough evidence.

I hear , from a trusted source, we are already filing suits to UEFA over brand damage and loss of sponsorship, also that UEFA will look to settle!

Hope we do this, go for the jugular.

We haven’t been exonerated, as such.

Reading it, it seems like UEFA couldn’t prove we were guilty to a good enough extent so the ban has been overturned but it hasn’t been proven that we did nothing wrong.

This is great for the club being able to play in the CL next season and ongoing, but hasn’t done anything for our reputation like being absolved of guilt/proven innocence would have done.

The wording of the CAS decision is that we were "Cleared of disguised equity funding", that's fairly definite.

I had to rely on the Guardian!! BBC stuck at 9.28, couldn't make head nor tail of the Club statement and our wonderful BM DOWN!! I had 3 gadgets on the go and couldn't find out anything but in Manchester City I trusted and I was right to trust them!!!!! (As always!!)
