CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

I have a question. When does "new money" become "old money"?

We know that the rags were on the verge of bankruptcy twice, in 1901 & 1931, and were bailed out by 'sugar daddies', So when did Gibson's money, which paid their wages, bought players and rebuilt their stadium, become 'organically generated'? Or the loans they took out to finance Baconface's team building?

We know that Danny Fiszman put money into Arsenal in the mid 1990's. I asked Tony Adams that at the FA Cup draw when it was held at the Etihad and he said that was what he'd been told. When did that stop being 'new money'?

We know that the Moore's family financed Liverpool's success in the 1970's and beyond. When did that stop being 'new money'?

Spurs raised a load of money on the Stock Market in the 1980's. Prior to that they were crippled by what was the largest debt in football, after a rebuild of parts of WHL. That money came from investors, not from success in the CL or commercial sponsorship. When did that become 'old money'?

We all know about Chelsea and they actually give us the answer the question I think. Taken over in 2003 by Abramovich and now they're an 'old money' club, despite the fact their owner still bankrolls them.

The answer is that 'new money' clearly became 'old money' when our takeover happened, which was 23rd September 2008.
Is Barcelona's €800 million loan to pay for the new stadium (thus being able to pay Messi more money) old money or new?

Edited due to brain fart.

Ive heard alot about how FFP has stopped clubs overspending. But I am sure that someone has the exact figures but I am sure that net debt has risen significantly over the period that FFP has been in effect. Therefore clubs are saddling themselves with debts which have been sustainable due to the rise of TV revenues but surely those same clubs could be very much at greater risk if those income streams reduce should the world suffer from something as inconceivable as say a world pandemic

When will the full ruling be available?
Javier Tebas (reliable source I know!) has been quoted suggesting it may never be available:-

"I would like to read the final ruling now, if I can.

Just as we still have not been able to read PSG's final ruling from CAS, when a lot of time has passed and it is still not available. "

Is there a possibility of this?

No it’s not in the remotest. It’s a fucking shite metaphors/simile or whatever you want to dress it up as.

You have one vote. There are a finite amount of voters in a constituency. You vote once every five years.

Clicking a link makes zero difference either way.
I think it works as an analogy though.

But you can't escape the overall summary, and hence we can for the first time in years throw the allegations back in their face.

I was not sure CAS would redeem us, but redeem us they did. I have even seen some journalists who have been against us for years, change their tune and acknowledge the verdict, so the ground has shifted somewhat. It's now very very easy to combat Liverpool fan allegations if you so wish.
I agree Marvin.
CAS overall verdict is that by UEFA own rules we were incorrectly found to be guilty of the main charge.
By all means argue about bits of things but finding us guilty was a bad interpretation of their own rules.
