CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Looks like Franco is after us again…
Launched a complaint to UEFA about PSG, Juventus and City, ‘ruining the ecosystem of football and not letting Spanish teams sign good players. I say Spanish teams, obviously I mean the La Liga presidents team, Real Madrid.

”When it comes to Manchester City, Tebas wants to know how the Premier League club could secure the transfer of Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland since the entourage was asking for a hefty commission”.

Probably the same way Madrid would have afforded it, if he had chosen them over us

A US court has thrown out the case against Ronaldo due to how the womans lawyers used "misappropriated documents". "Harsh sanctions are merited," the ruling stated.

If you didn't know, they were emails and other documents that Der Spielgel released from the same treasure trove of stolen data that UEFA thought was quite alright to use.

You’d think we’d have used non- European sister clubs if it was us - the further removed the better. And we’ve only just picked up a Sicilian club, which you’d think might be handy for such activities!

Imagine my surprise, having skip read the article, not to spot our name!
And Newcastle hiring a 'team' of lawyers to get off said charges, just like some other team did at CAS.
Sister clubs my arse.
An article dripping with innuendo.

This report talks about ”tax avoidance “.. I’m no tax expert but I think tax avoidance is legal… it is not illegal to exploit a loophole in a law/ rule,.. it is up the the authority to ensure there are no loopholes that can be exploited
Tax avoidance may not be morally just, but that is different from being illegal.
Im into a spot of tax avoidance myself. I have an ISSA.

The fact that the Daily Mail pontificate about tax avoidance…. Their proprietor has been using the ‘non dom’ tax avoidance for decades.
