CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

CAS decision overturned by the Swiss Federal Supreme Court
Extraordinary victory for football player Ezequiel Matias Schelotto achieved.

Dr. Lucien W. Valloni and Davide Colacino successfully represented the football player Ezeqiuel Matias Schelotto in a sports-related dispute against his former agent in relation to a transfer of the player to F.C. Internazionale Milan.
Extremely rare. Very narrow grounds for appeal to Swiss courts.

This 'businessman' bought Palace for ?£50m, but that did not include the only realisable asset, the ground. Ron Noades kept that and charged him rent! Thus he bought a very expensive brand name and not much else. Doomed to failure from day 1. Now he says he is an expert on football finances.
TBF, they say that you learn more from your mistakes than your successes. With a £50 million education behind him I'd say he's the premiere expert on football ownership.

@projectriver , PB is it possible that the CAS decision will not be made public , due to UEFA ( or City ) wanting it to remain that way ?

I thought City did want it released however , with the possibility of certain information , not being revealed.

And is there any time limit on the possible release period ?

Politically, this doesn't seem possible now they have said they will release. By the rules, it is possible but it will come out. Who knows when.

UEFA have offered City the fine money to be returned if we agree not to let the CAS report be published.

I believe our owner was willing to spend years in courts fighting this, so would not expect him to accept keeping things quite for £9m.
