Selling shares in CFG to the chinese consortium and to Silverlake blew that away.Does this also blow the line that we are owned by a state?

I wouldn't think so .... the fine amount is paltry when compared to the possible cash prize earned from a likely two seasons in the Champions League .Will we contest that fine ?
Would cost more to get it overturned than the fine itself, also would start the whole hate campaign off all over again !I wouldn't think so .... the fine amount is paltry when compared to the possible cash prize earned from a likely two seasons in the Champions League .
Non cooperation is an FFP breach???
I wonder what that wankstain Sam Lee has to say about this.
In fact it specifically says, towards the bottom of page 11 of the CAS document (which is part of the Adjudicatory Chamber's verdict, not CAS's own wording) "It is recognised that the investigation raised very serious issues for the club, and it was entitled to instruct its solicitors to defend its position vigorously". So it's quite clear we did this on legal advice. Hence why I believe we'll appeal.
Feel like setting fireworks off near the town hall......what could possible go wrong??
The media are in a race to the bottom, shock jocks, tabloid level reporting ,only Samuels is interested in being fair and balanced and printing the truth,i don't think we can change the gutter pressMaybe I'm over-reacting but with the way journalists have been allowed to write their headlines/articles today, completely disregarding the overwhelming findings by CAS in favour of painting City in a bad light yet again... I think our media/pr department isn't fit for purpose.
Having a quiet word with journalists to slightly change a headline really isn't working.
