CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

what does "Empire of the Kop" even mean, it makes no sense? Also, not sure a load of needy, ugly, plastic tourists with silly badges, scarves and banners would do much empire building.

Anyway, i think there is a definite orchestrated campaign by the amercan owned clubs to do as much commercial damage to city as possible, and it's not too much of a stretch that some of these "journalists" are on the payroll to assist. Aresnal. Liverpool and united - what a set of ****s, the rest of the hateful 8/9 are no-marks, like Stewart Lee's take on Richard Hammond, all with a promise of a Jlingz or Phil the face at a really great price further down the line.

It starts off with
"There is lots of ridiculous things that have come up in the full report that has been released on Manchester City’s FFP cheating.

Ultimately the Court of Arbitration for Sport let them get away with it – largely as it was time-barred – meaning the misdemeanours occurred over five years ago and were no longer legally challengeable."

Then goes on to cite Nick Harris - laughable

dont do it to yourself, dont read such shit ( i am assuming it is shit as i wont read it)

Just a re-hash of Harris's tweet about Etihad renegotiating the sponsorship deal 4 times despite no other potential sponsors being in the running

Did this even happen? I can't remember it if it did

They’re really hurting since we were cleared and they found out they’re skint.

Just won the CL and PL and wanted to furlough staff and can’t afford transfers.

Diddums.

A bit of a side point but CAS ruled that illegally hacked emails, were permissible for action by UEFA as it was in the public interest, despite the legal ruling in Portugal. Only 6 from 5.5m were used to prosecute City by UEFA.

Wonder what else is in the hacked emails from other clubs, which if obtained and planted in newspapers would suddenly become actionable by UEFA. If only a sovereign state with a mercenary hacking team (let's call them Raven), and an axe to grind against a number of other clubs, anonymously leaked other damaging emails to the press.

If UEFA didnt prosecute it would be clear the attack against City was malicious, and if they did I wonder how a number of the big clubs and their media would handle it?

There’s just no excuse for this level of denial or idiocy, the full findings are out there now and they don’t even require complex reading comprehension to understand.

Only the Etisalat deal was time barred, we provided all evidence for CAS despite refusing to cooperate with UEFA on 2 issues, the evidence was overwhelming in our favour, UEFA’s entire case was built around 6 hacked, altered emails which we shot to pieces.

Anyone denying the facts are worse than any Trumper, any climate change denier, any flat earther or anti-vaxer. You’re in pure mental fucking nut jobs territory, not fit to be in public territory.
