CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

 
Nothing has changed in the eyes of the media & other fans, we're still guilty.
UEFA are getting off easy as the consensus seems to be "City money has beaten the little guy yet again".
The way reporters make the news today, instead of just reporting it, is fcuking weird

Sensationalist bullshit. "Jaw Dropping", cringe-worthy little muppets.


Their sources are... Nick Harriss' and Rob Harris' tweets which were torn to shreds not long after they tweeted them. It's almost as if these twitter journalists are on some sort of payroll(American or Qatar... or both?) to feed these smaller publications bile.

There have been plenty of sponsorship breakdowns to compare the shirt and stadium deals between all the top clubs in the PL. City's is not largest in the PL never mind the world, I don't even think that was the case 2012-13 either. There's also the fact that City can request less some years to increase the budget in the following year(seen in the emails) which some have been slow to pick up on.

UEFA claimed they also had proof supplied by City themselves to back it up. The 'proof' was two matching amounts for the Etihad sponsorship in the emails and in our accounts.

It really would have been dodgy if the amounts didn't match of course but that doesn't appear to have been important to UEFA.

And yes, for UEFA that was enough apparently.
