Actually I agree, I did not mean to infer cartel behaviour in fact the opposite, ie more money for them all to fight for individually.I doubt this was cartelisation. This was just common interest.

A stretch too far for me thatthese 9 clubs have form a cartel to try and stop City, its not a to far a jump to think that these 9 clubs might work together to throw matches to help each other, this doesnt look good for football
Exactly. The whole case was like a card game. City knew from the off that with UEFA being accuser, judge and jury that the verdict was obvious and the case would be challenged for CAS to decide. So no way were City going to show UEFA our hand.It was a bold and brilliant move by our lawyers. If we had given our evidence to UEFA they would have leaked it and we would have been destroyed by the media. We could have easily lost the case.
