CAS judgement: UEFA ban overturned, City exonerated (report out p603)

Regardless of Harris and his journalist failings, he is continuing the ’City cheat’ narrative.

I assume there's not much City can do about it, I doubt the DM would be dumb enough to print this if they thought they were susceptible to legal action.

The sad thing for me about this sudden splurge of made up bitter nonsense is that it is a clear sign we are in for Kane , grealish and Messi. All of whom I have doubts about :-(

Oh they would. They are probably counting on the evidence of a decade of weakness in defending the club’s reputation

Unfortunately the weakness you're talking about only exists in the paranoid minds of bluemoon posters who like to pretend the club does nothing to protect itself.

In the real world we've had plenty of journalists say they were blocked from running stories by City's legal department, including the Mail reporters on this story.

Blocked by the courts, not City. We refused to engage with them previously and they decided unilaterally not to risk publication

The Daily United hatchet job. The rag and it’s journalists have been building up to this.

The Daily United had the only reporter in court.

Are City finally going to ban this Rag fanzine piece of sh*t from the Etihad once and for all?

You absolute c*nts!
They call it a dramatic dispatch from their reportet published four days after the Court Judgement itself which reveals all the details.
