After the way tebas has attempted to slander them I imagine CAS will be keen to publishUnless I've missed something it takes both City AND UEFA to ask for confidentiality for it to not be published, only one of the two won't stop it. CAS will always publish if possible for transparency.

From the original statement on Monday, I'm not sure there's much to keep secret. It seems there will be a section detailing how City didn't co-operate.
I'd think if the report was going to be kept back, it would have been reflected in Monday's statement.

‘Limitation period’ in the UK. 12 years if it relates to a deed.There are statutes of limitation in every legal jurisdiction in the world. It’s 6 years in the UK and it’s at least 5 years for all EU member states. Switzerland is 5 years. As UEFA is based in Switzerland they would be bound by Swiss Laws.
I’ll waive my normal £25 advice fee (no travel) for that one.
