Catering facilities changes in the south stand

This will 'improve matchday experience' I'm sure!

To be honest a couple of these measures are so simple that any decent manager would've done them long ago. Why does it take years to work out:

a) Pre-pouring pints at HT
b) Keeping the same team and manager on each outlet (so they know here every bloody thing is!) ?

You have to wonder sometimes.......

if they want to speed things up in the ss should serve only large bottles like the ones at molyneux and sack the food off. the game is only 90mins, why cant people eat before the game or after. its not a picnic! should only do food in the 'family section' imo.

Oooh careful, Felix, the teetotallers mights suggest the same argument for those who like a lick of pop. "Only ninety minutes, surely they can hang on till the final whistle."

This might be unpopular with the traditionalists but why don't the club just give franchises to McDonalds, Starbucks, Dominoes, Dunkin Donuts etc. The food is the only thing at the club which is woeful. Everything else at City has become top notch, but the food well below par. The chips are limp and the burgers could be eaten by a vegetarian, safe in the knowledge no animal was killed!

Also the betting at half time is bad as well, but that is really nit-picking!

To steal a phrase from a well know supermarket chain... "Every little helps"

When it comes to beer, to me the answer is obvious. Only sell one type of beer on draught. All bottles are sold from a bottle bar.

Sell the beer in cans now there is a brain wave!!!!!! No pouring time cuts queuing time

Make some of the bars alcohol only (no food), and others food and soft drinks. Seems as though we can't drink beer on the terrace, that needs to get served quicker. Could make it a walk through service, pay at the till, collect your beers at the next point, keep it flowing.

Vending machines for drinks crisp and chocolate would cut down the amount of queing.

Having machines where you can put £2 in the machine and do the drink yourself like they do in canteens or at Pizza Hut would cut the amount of queing.

Have bars just for beer with one pouring and the other taking orders and cash.

Have a section of the bar just for chips

Have a section of the bar just for Burgers, Pies and Hot dogs.

Make all the prices rounded up to the pound.

Make the prices reasonable.

All of the above would entice the majority of people to spend their money at the ground knowing they could que up, order, eat their food and drink their drink, have a chat and all in 15 mins.

Anyone say anything about the prices?
This is the real crime and I for one went on about it in the online survey obviously they ignored that feedback.
