We played to Aguero and Tevez strengths, yet Edin scored more goals.. and had less playing time..

What does that tell us..???

Lets not compare dzeko and sergio for fuck sake. Also dzeko attitude is appalling all he cares about is the name on back of his shirt. Watch aguero's reaction to every goal we score. We also didn't play to sergio strengths last year with our slow build up play.[/quote]

And why should we not compare them ?? cos it makes your argument look pretty stupid thats why...
Scored more in the league, yes.

Aguero scored more than him last season, is that now irrelevant?

What if Pellegrini sets up much like last year?

had more playing time= not a fair assessment simple as that.
So a 30 goal season pales into insignificance because he was on the pitch more?

Also, with regards to Navas, there's as many stories saying Pellegrini likes his wide men to become more central so he may not be the infamous winger Dzeko so sorely needs.

Dortmund president Watzke confirmed that Lewandowski definitely won't join Bayern this summer. Free transfer in 2014 it seems.

I bet you if we offered £25million they would consider it, just to spite Bayern.

A possible alternative, anyway.

Interesting as it seemed that transfer was done and dusted.
Surely worth a cheeky bid?

What about a swop for edin?? Lewandowski would do well in the premiership and for no extra fee and probably wages saved would be a great signing.

Cant see that with Navas tbh..

Is this now to be classed as another Dzeko thread?

+1

Dzeko this, Dzeko that...

The mods need to get a grip. I come on this thread to read news about Cavani, not some bollocks about Dzeko we've all read a hundred times before in other threads.

What have you heard today then re cavani..?? we are duiscussing the pro's and cons of Dzeko re Cavani...

Its actually a good debate, the only one throwing a hissy is you fella..

He's not throwing a hissy. Merely pointing out that it is annoying when you see many new pages in the 'Cavani Transfer' thread so think there is more news, only to find it's people discussing Dzeko's strengths and weaknesses, when there are other threads for this elsewhere.

Exactly.

This thread is called Cavani Speculation/News. People wanting to talk about Dzeko have the thread on the main board to post in.
