I wouldn't pay a lot of attention to ADL words, he 's a buffoon.

It's not a hard concept to grasp when you give it a little thought.
Chelsea really want Rooney so play the Cavani card to A) help attain Rooney at a price they want as Utd will think they'll lose out on a pay day otherwise & B) It also benefits Napolii by holding (or trying) City to ransom, it also helps them secure their targets by teams thinking Napoli can take it or leave it. It works all round for all parties, City are also not daft & will know the above is probably the case.
We have also spoken to Cavani (even Napoli confirmed it) & agreed personal terms, the only sticking point is the fee to the club! I've no doubt in my mind we'll see Cavani at City. You also have to think about the fact Napoli/Chelsea are talking about "fee's agreed' between the clubs but not once since have we heard about them meeting the player to talk wages, is that not strange? I also see Tevez signing a new deal.. Who's gonna pay him £250k pw?
IMO Tevez & Cavani will be at City come the start if he season.

this was my thinking,surely we got permission to speak to the player,you need permission surely,so if thats the case and hes agreed terms then its just a case of thrashing out a deal with ADL maybe they dont see eye to on dzekos valuation,we know they want him,cant be that far apart,if you go as far as giving permisiion to talk to your player,you obviously feel a deal can be done.

Chelsea wont splurge another 50 mil on one player again. Torres is wank and a smug, selfish pric. They can't give him away at the moment.

To ge him out of the club this Summer they would need to pay him off in someway, who is going to pay his 170k a week wages, and why would he drop them significantly to a figure that represents his ability.

Torres to Napoli just looks a no go in my opinion.

Yes but we offered 25m + Dzeko which eventually got turned down, we would not have offered that deal behind Edin's back.

I think Edin knows he is gone if a decent offer came in, that's what I think anyway.

Exactly! I think people are in a panic for nothing & we just need to trust the club on this.

Calling Chelsea's final offer now. 25m + Torres + Ivanovic + Luiz + the hot club physio + a trip for ADL on Romans biggest yatch for a week + two tickets to London Zoo.

I'd take the physio and knock 200k off the fee, the rest can fuck off
