The summer will be as long as it normally is, only for the transfer stalwarts will this be a long drawn out affair. Never mind been there before got the T shirt, onwards and upwards. Plus if it were all done and dusted everyone would just get bored, what better way of wasting your life on here flapping about over a player who may or may not join us.

My opinion is if we get him, then great, if we don't, then I'm sure Pellegrini can get a tune out of Edin. For fucks sake he got one out of Santa Cruz last season. Dzeko is a confidence player, and I think one of Mancini's biggest mistakes whilst with us was dropping him for the next match after he got the 4 goals against Spurs. Granted he has put some shit performances in during the last 12 months, but I firmly believe he'd be a different player with an arm around his shoulder.

This doesnt mention us at all...

It should be first in England and then in Spain and then the arrival in Italy is expected on June 30. Three assumptions: Real, Chelsea or renewal with Napoli.

Fair(ish) comment.

the player wants to leave this season and the way no club is seemingly willing to pay the full buyout will mean it comes down.

"I'm trusted in Naples," he said. "I'm happy to be there. Real Madrid are one of the best clubs in the world, but I do not know what my future will be."

Resigned for a while now he won't be joining, there are players as good that are cheaper IMO.
