Not just me then, ticket office is still keeping 'typical city' alive and well.
 
Me too. Amateurs. I pick data for reports and stats all day long. It's easy. Why can't their run remove Blues who are on the Cup Scheme? Surely all tickets get loaded on to the cards? I appreciate the match day text as I've used it to displace someone sat in my seat; but that e-mail was pointless. I stopped what I was doing to read it.

I had the email too, I have a season ticket and am on the cup scheme, so it has to be a cock up. The highlighted bit amuses me because it's a fucking lie
