He benefited greatly from actually having central defenders.
Ange is never going to manage City and anyone who thinks there is even a chance of that happening is simply not worth listening to.
Ange said himself that he only plays one way and won’t change for anyone. He failed miserably in Europe.
Celtic are nowhere near as good as they think and their European failings back that up. Anges Celtic benefited greatly this season from Rangers horrendous injury list and a hangover from the run to Seville. You can also add the failings of Rangers to move players on and allowing them to run down their contracts. Certain players simply weren’t interested.
Next season we will see a far stronger Rangers and Celtic will have to get their managerial appointment spot on. Time will tell

Newsflash. They are in turmoil. They have to replace about 20 players. They won fuck all, apart from the we beat Celtic cup. They have about as much money as any sofa could provide and we have a budget, a better squad, getting another good manager and he will bring in new players.
There may indeed be turmoil, but it ain’t at fucking us. Turmoil, Jesus H , they are in teddy bear dreamland, let’s face it, they barely leave there. Where Rangers revolutions are a daily occurrence and the Real Rangers are ready to pounce. Just wait, there they are, oh wait, another false dawn.

They were delighted. As you all were when he walked. You smelt blood, turned out to be shite. Believe me, the vast majority don’t give a fuck. All we are interested in is widening the gap, with Rogers and I’m reading £30m to spend at least, if we sell any players then it rises to replace them. Seemingly are about to sign a god, Oden Thiago Holm, playmaker. The lad looks really good.
The first of a few me thinks. I’m also sure id Rogers arrives this will hopefully help to assure players to stay at least another season. There is and will be turmoil, but I bet it’s across the river.

Looking forward to the new season, but I am worried about this guy in the Gers Hall of Fame.
Alistair Johnstone has won as much, or more and he’s been here since December. I suppose we class Fame in a different way. Actually winning things and not having your own fans frequently telling you you aren’t good enough usually involved.

Kevin Clancy, Willie Collum, Nick Walsh and Don Robertson are 4 of the leading referees in the country. They all have one thing in common and it’s certainly not supporting Rangers
They hounded Bobby Madden out our game believing he’s a Rangers fan only to find out he’s actually a St Mirren fan like Kenny Clark and Craig Thompson
There has been one prominent Rangers supporting referee and yes call Cheating Beaton by the Rangers support!
Lawwell has the media in his pocket. He has the SFA and SPFL as well.

Celtic are not in turmoil. There are that many EPL jobs flying a round he was bound to get offered one of them and then it was a no brainer he’d go.
