Sorry I did not get the chance to reply but having read both your replies and Damocles' subsequent responses, I think my thoughts have been covered more than adequately.

Thank you both for lifting the debate to new levels and it has been a refreshing change from the gutter level approach favoured by a few, especially in the earlier posts on the thread.

It is a pleasure to read such thought-provoking prose and I, for one, am glad that there are some posters on here who can argue their case in a mature and convincing manner.


Some other posters:
Nice to see good input from some others on here as well and, amongst some of the rubbish spouted, there are a few excellent contributions to the debate, which make it well worth browsing the thread!
