Received mine and filled it in online, lots of the more personal questions are optional to answer or not in all fairness but took me less than 10 mins to do but it seemed pretty pointless esp as they ask what situation is now due to Covid often and in a month or two the answer may be different if back to work.

What bothers me is how accurate will it actually be?
