If Pepe and Demichelis don't happen or are just speculation, I think Txiki could come home with one of Diego Godin (he was arguably the best defender in La Liga last season and at 27 approaching his prime), Inigo Martinez (the best young Spanish centre half, City have been linked before and he is the sort of classy player you expect at City), or Adil Rami (very strong and physically suited to the English game, plus apparently available for under £10million).
