Ramsey isn't even the best player in the city,hazard is far superior

Look at the impact Ramsey makes on his team. I have not seen a player since Trevor Francis whose presence has such a dramatic effect on his team.

Arsenal with Ramsey are title contenders. Without him they are not even top 4 (it took his return for Arsenal to recover their 4th place spot). In a season or two, if he stays fit, he'll be the most valuable player in Europe along with Messi.

He'd be my dream buy, he'll get as many assists as Silva + more goals, might not be as good out wide as Silva but he could play the deep lying playmaker role.

They're assembling a really good team. One forward away from us

2 forwards, a holding midfielder, a right back at least away from us, expect them to sign an attacking mid and stay that far away.

They need a forward. They were lucky that Giroud stayed injury-free (apart fro 2-3 games). But they have Ramsey and he is the best player in the League, and I include Yaya in that.
I believe it will be City v Arsenal next season. Question marks about Chelsea (How will Zouma and Kalas do? Still need strikers)

They still need two strikers to effectively cover and ward off fatigue, even though Giroud didn't get injured he was rubbish for large parts of the season due to fatigue. Arteta needs to be replaced, as does Sagna and Gibbs+Monreal are far short of the quality needed. As for Ramsey, 15-20 good games doesn't make him the best player in the league by any standards, he'd be on the bench for us with a fully fit squad, behind Yaya, Dinho, Merlin and Nasri.

Fernando, Fernandinho, Yaya and Fabregas would be my CM 4 for the new season with us playing 3 of them each game more often than not.

Would let Garcia and a striker go.
