It's called the Player Care & Support Department and whilst it's not quite as extreme as that, it is there to help facilitate any worries that our players or their families have in managing their own life which could stress them out or distract them from their job of playing football. It's ran by a bloke called Haydn Roberts and is considered to be one of the departments at City that are a world leader in the football industry, who developed it pretty much from scratch after the takeover.
