what was the fucking point signing up to CL if they now announce they are now closing 3rd east stand and relocating all of us ?? It’s because ticket office/ customer service is so fucking shit and no fucker can get through no one can buy the bloody tickets. What a utter fucking shambles someone needs to be help responsible for this shit show.
Half empty Stadium come Wednesday and it will be use fans taking the flak everywhere apart from the shit shambles that is out customer non existent support services.

Just as frustrating as being one the phone for over 2 hours then gave up.
What’s really annoying is I’ve had an email saying the cup scheme payment for the Leipzig game has failed but I’ve checked it 3 times on the website and it’s defo correct.
Going for a drink now so hope I don’t bump into an unfortunate rag.
 
Nope, everything to do with the IPL. And yes Covid fears/excuses strike again. All thanks to the deceitful and devious Chinese government.
It's a wonder though that City haven't blamed Covid for inflicting a virus on their IT and ticketing processes!
I’d like to see some evidence that it’s IPL driven before chucking accusations around.
On the latter, City probably don’t even realise that there are issues around ticketing!

I’m purely guessing here but whoever at City has tweeted that is, IMHO, chatting shit. Tickets have been steadily shifting to the extent that the 3 middle blocks in East Stand level 3 have appeared back for sale online in the past hour.
It’s possible that the person responsible for that tweet is getting confused with the Wycombe game because no way with 5 days still to go and tickets selling quite well - remember also that there is often a late sales surge for CL games - are they going to piss arse around relocating thousands of fans.

No idea if this was a follow up to earlier e mail

Doesn't bode well though that training/information given to staff is so poor that we get these confusing messages.
Every message like that will prompt lots of others who think they are impacted to try and make contact just escalating the issues

Exactly the same mate, email this morning and just had text saying payment failed, can't get through on phone.
