Getting nearer to the Group stages as the 3rd Qualifying round starts next week, and when that is completed the week after there will be just 12 teams left fighting it out in the play-off round for the 6 available places.
As it stands if we get the highest rated team in each pot we will be playing - Real Madrid, Porto and Besiktas. If we get the lowest rated it will be - Dortmund, Zenit and AC Milan (Wolfsburg lower than Milan but can not get two German sides).
The ideal draw for me would be Seville, Benfica (if they qualify) and Brugge.
Going to be a very difficult tournament this time.

Draw for the Play Off Round took place on Monday but I'd been away so only just caught it today. The potential prospect of Red Star Belgrade v Dinamo Zagreb is the clear highlight of the draw for me. Suspect there will be no away fans at those, otherwise people might die.
Might just be me as they were my Championship Manager side in the late 90s, but pleased to see Brondby back at this level - although quite a tough draw.
Updated to reflect 1st leg scores in 3rd Round qualifiers. No effect on the provisional group stages (page 1) at present but I'll show an update after next weeks 2nd legs if anything changes.
