We're so close....but we've had some MASSIVE chances to win it but still haven't

Hoping Haaland can drive us forward....we don't just need his ability and goals but we need someone with an elite mentality to get us over the line

Also this comp is so dependent on injuries

Depends on the group and later draws too. Going for every competition takes its toll, look at the dippers, looked like they were out on their feet last few weeks and their squad is bigger than ours. Keep the spine of the team
injury free and regularly rotated (Dias, Rodri, KDB & Haaland) and we should give it a right crack.

Going for every competition next season might be bordering on the impossible due to the World Cup and the toll that will potentially take. Some clubs are going to be much more affected than others depending on how deep into the tournament their key players progress. A surprise early exit from the WC will mean a couple of weeks for a player to recharge the batteries before the PL starts again but whoever reaches the SF in Qatar is looking at missing a game or two after the tournament to recover.
It's a real lottery that's going to drive club managers and medical staff round the bend once it's happening.
