Champions League ban?

As far as I could see all the Der Spiegel stuff related to pre sanction and was putting a spin on it that we duped UEFA - by committing financial irregularities that they were not aware of when they sanctioned us - I.e. our crimes were greater than uefa were aware of! Either way I expect full and final settlement to mean just that. Nothing has emerged post settlement to worry us. Just plenty of jealousy and bile.

All the "evidence" is based on illegally obtained emails

I wonder if City have a case to complain to the German information commissioner that Der Spiegel have broken GDPR regulations?

hope we go all out to win the fu*#ing thing this season, and after the final whistle the team just trudge down the tunnel without a second glance at the trophy, or even better the whole crowd swarm onto the pitch so the team can get away without the UEFA guards...... oh wait think rocky has already done that!

I'm told that the long-running Dupont/Striani case against UEFA over FFP has been scheduled for a hearing on Feb 7th next year in the Belgian High Court. UEFA didn't want this but were told by the head of the Belgian High Court that they had to be ready by then. Interesting to see what happens if so.

This has taken forever. If UEFA lose it could be happy days as if fair play is scrapped we could really make them all whine and weep, fingers crossed.

If I remember correctly, didn’t we have to change our data protection to be in line with ALL EU countries?

They've done a lot worse than that if they've illegally hacked into our computers to get the emails. Although they'll probably blame that on an anonymous source and try to hide behind freedom of the press.

Would City actually want it scrapped?

It currently stops other clubs i.e. the rags being bought by the Saudi's for example and competing again.
