I know what your saying and agree in some ways but it just irritates me that we have to bend over backwards for these parasites
Completely with you on that, it irritates me too but perhaps it's a necessary evil.
If we broke the rules after the settlement then they have to try to ban us.
Have to be honest, I skimmed through all the Der Spiegel bollox so I'm not up to speed, is there something in there that suggests we broke rules after the settlement?

This is the Bayern game plan. With their puppet in place at UEFA, all this is intended to damage the real targets Infantino and the PL.Maybe, just maybe, the cartel actually WANT City to take this to court and blow FFP out of the water. Seems to me that FFP in its present format will do more harm in the future to the cartel than it will do to City, and by provoking us into court they can slay the monster that they've created, blaming City for its collapse, whilst celebrating in board rooms all over Europe.
Either way, City are painted as the devil incarnate, whilst being used as a stalking horse to satisfy their own ends.
Smart move, the slimy bastards.

As far as I could see all the Der Spiegel stuff related to pre sanction and was putting a spin on it that we duped UEFA - by committing financial irregularities that they were not aware of when they sanctioned us - I.e. our crimes were greater than uefa were aware of! Either way I expect full and final settlement to mean just that. Nothing has emerged post settlement to worry us. Just plenty of jealousy and bile.

That's the way I saw it too, I would be more concerned though if there is something post settlement.
