Between 7 and 9. Seemed to be a lot later than usual from memory last yearSorry if this has been asked. When are we likely to know the exact dates for games ?
They're playing their Champions League games at the San Siro, so Bergamo, Malpensa etc is ok. Its only an hour on the train from Bologna anyway though. If we draw Atalanta, don't book flights to Bergamo. Their ground doesn't meet UEFA regulations, so instead they have to play in Reggio Emilia; which is closer to Bologna.
Well, I'd love to draw them now. Get to see the San Siro before it's gone and with all due respect to Atalanta, they aren't (on paper at least) as good a side as Inter. They're playing their Champions League games at the San Siro, so Bergamo, Malpensa etc is ok. Today in the Echo but he did also say no premiership team will eitherwhere has he said that?
Draw 29 August 2019Sorry if this has been asked. When are we likely to know the exact dates for games ?
Top seeds gives us a big advantage in theory. It's difficult to construct a nightmare draw scenario for City, Liverpool or Chelsea, but Spurs have got an increased chance of drawing Barcelona, Juventus, Bayern Munich, Paris St-Germain, or Zenit St Petersburg. Obviously they will want Zenit.
Dream draw: Ajax,Bruges and Genk.
Nightmare: Real Madrid, Inter Milan, RB Leipzig
I am not sure there really is a nightmare draw. The teams that I am wary of are the French sides. For some reason there club sides seem to find some great players regularly probably because of their close connections to Africa. The Spanish clubs get the South Americans, whilst the French clubs get the African players. Lyon and Monaco have produced very strong sides in recent years and then they break the teams up.
