For the excellent football we played in 2023 and especially in CL playoffs(and groups) we deserve it football-wise. Unfortunately in football and knock-out games with a single final, the one who deserves it does not get it all the time.

The last 3 years, we reached semi finals all the time and twice the final. And by pure luck we didn't go to the final again last year. That is amazing consistency. It's not a title, but it has to mean something.
And the football we played doing these means the most of course. We are the best in that.
That 1st half against Real here was pleasure-wise as 1/4 of a CL win.

But of course we want to win the trophy too.

Inter a team in superb form in the last 1.5 month so we must be very careful.
A classic Italian team will play to win the trophy by all and any means. And use defense and superb tactics for that.
And in attack their headers will be critical. So i think Akanji should not play as he is too weak there.
Walker, Dias, Stones and Ake should play at the back.

We are far better though and if we play full force and give everything we must win with 2-3 goals difference.
Its a MUST WIN game! Do it.

We are a better team than Inter. Everything will need to go right for them in order to win.
City is levels above other teams right now. Nine times out of ten we beat them.

99 times out of 100 we would progress over Real Madrid last year. Yet the f@cking 1 happened.
So we(the players) must be extra careful and focused etc....

I agree, mostly, but I still reckon Inter is very aware it's a long shot for them, so the pressure is surely more on us than them. However, as you said, we have more experience, these lads played in the CL final before, and I am sure we will leave no stone unturned here.
Inter will not approach the game as underdogs. They are an established European winning team. History is not their friend, it will pile significant pressure on them.
I would say they are under more domestic (fan and media) pressure than City is.

Oh, i agree but the best dont always win the final, anything can & does happen in finals.
Im really looking forward to it, i will enjoy the build up & marvel at what our club has become but nowhere near the stress levels of yesterday for me personally.

We only had three days training for today’s game. Got a full week for Inter. Thought we took it easy today. That’s how good we are. We will be a different animal next Saturday.

Pep said he will give them 2 days off again :(
So training will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday morning and then Thursday evening flight to Istanbul and then train there on Friday.
I do not like that.
I wanted 1 day off(today) and to have to train 5 days and not just 4.

Now I'm worried again but it's ok it isn't a disaster anyway.
Inter is a much better team than Utd and on great form right now so we should be damn serious and focused.

They are dangerous, I agree. Just dont allow them outplay you
Nobody outplays City now. We are the best team there has ever been in the top flight of English football. However, 'moments' can change a game. A team can win without dominating, or being the better side.
Peps tactics negates that possibility to a fraction.
Inter will have their moments, and we will have ours (probably more than them). Whoever takes their chances will be crowned champions.
With Haaland up front I think he will be the difference.

I think time off at this stage is a great relaxant, i trust Pep to get it right, this time ha

Not true. Last year we should have won from the position we entered into on 80mins of the 2nd leg, but on form (before both legs were played) the teams were evenly matched. Injuries did for us as well.
