Hopefully Walker will be fit but Imagine we'll just swap Akanji to that side & Ake back in.

Shouldn't be end of the world...
 
Don't forget, Kyle had to go off at the end of the cup final. So whether it's a minor issue or he's just having an extra day of recovery, I'm sure he'll be available for Istanbul. Whether he's 100% is another matter, and if he isn't then Pep has to make the call.

This is my preferred line up anyway because Akanji struggled with his buildup play against United due to the angle of the passing lane and right foot. With Ake, it's much easier with his left foot.
 
Walker was dancing around the pitch celebrating after the game on Saturday. Walker has also played every game for the last few weeks. Whilst other members of the squad didn't travel to certain games, Walker was playing every week.

Walkers legs would need to be amputated for him to miss this on Saturday. He will be available.

100%.

He needs the extra rest but will start on Saturday even if we only expect to get 70mins out of him.

Would imagine it is all about recovery and light training this week with tactics being the main focus.

We had the warm up last weekend, the first 11 or so are back and ready. No motivation needed. Pure tactical sessions and then go and bring us the big one lads!
