He is flawed because this isn't the first time he has done this in big one off games. I could half understand where he was coming from in the Lyon game because then City had a weak defence but tonight was just suicidal and it cost us the game.

I haven't had enough of Pep but I agree that we needed Fernandinho in that team what a fucking stupid decision to drop our best player for an out of form one. It literally fucked the team right up. How many games has Gundogan played holding midfield this season?

I've not Had enough of Pep either just his tinkering...Foden out left, Gundogan further forward and Dino in ... different game

Agree with this completely. We are so reliant on winger play. Chelsea very actively doubled up on our wingers on both sides and dared us to beat them centrally. We barely even tried.

One of the ways is to play Foden out wide not Sterling.

I’m still in shock that we’ve played that line up and let (IMO) a pretty average team beat us in a cup final. They have very few players to be genuinely terrified of like PSG or Real Madrid, or even United have in their ranks.

Pep has done great things for us but I’d really like to hear him accept responsibility for once and admit he made an error and in hindsight shouldn’t have been so

Sorry to say Sterling no worse than anyone else. Defence all over the show, Stones being the main one.

I am trying to keep my mental level calm. Dias was good. I just feel that the team was set up for Sterling to one job, and it wasn't to roll over every time someone exhaled in his direction.

Yes, have to agree, deliberate fould rather than accidental, and while he probably didn't intend to injure him you can say the same about a high kick. Red for me all night long, but we didn't seem to get many decisions go our way.

The evidence is he fucking did endanger our player and put him out of the game.
Still, we were never going to get anything out of that ref
