Who had to mention pens

I've been thinking about this since Wednesday and after looking up the numbers I realised something - the entire penalty narrative is completely made up.
We have loads of good penalty takers at this club, the problem is we don't have a Yaya/Balotelli 95% success rate freak of nature so they all squabble and want to take penalties and so we chop and change whenever someone misses.
Sergio Aguero. 48 penalties scored in his career- among the highest ever. 78% success rate is bang on what you expect and he's never missed in a penalty shoot out.
Ilkay Gundogan. Including shootouts, 15/17 scored in his career.
KDB. Inc shootouts has scored 7 of his last 8.
Foden. Zinchenko. Bernardo. All delivered multiple times in shootouts and not missed.
Mahrez had a bad run where he missed 4 in a row for Leicester and City but before and since he's been near perfect.
We've won our last 6 penalty shootouts and scored 20/22 penalties taken in those. We should not be worried about a shootout. I'd argue we're in a great spot with a lot of players who've been through the pressure of a shootout and taking penalties at much lower stakes of the Carabao Cup and Community shield to train them up and get them familiar with it all.
As for regular games, Pep really just needs to pick someone and give them 10 penalties in a row, and review it after that instead of chopping and changing ever penalty which is what has created this narrative that we are terrible. We've actually scored 70% of penalties under him which is a bit below the 78 or 80% average you'd expect, but not outside expected variance.
