What this plum Draper is missing is that the reason why police had to manage the crowd in this way/close gates/etc is because of the vast number of Liverpool fans trying to get in with fake tickets. Ok, maybe they weren’t all violent, but they caused the problem. They’ve got to stop acting like dicks and creating chaos at stadiums all over Europe and then pretending it’s not down to them. Unfortunately the Hillsborough backlash has created a few generations of scousers who think their fans are always blameless regardless of their behaviour.

It couldn't have really gone any better to be honest. Real did a complete job on them and Klopp now has 3mths pacing around his office trying to understand what went wrong. The arrogance in his post-match was incredible, how dare Courtois do his job and save a shot from "the greatest team of all time".

The first goal was off, benzema was behind the keeper meaning there had to be 2 outfield players between him and the goal, there was only one, as for the goal that stood that was onside

He was in an offside position, but the ball came to him from a Liverpool player deliberately playing the ball.
