Champions League Final Thread

Exactly.
Controlling the ball with your hand is one thing but

ok so if a player goes to head a ball, misses it with his head but it drops onto his hand and goes in - is that ok?
Not if he makes a definite movement of his arm towards the ball, no. But I don't think Neymar did that in this instance. Obviously, the consensus on here is that it was the right call. So be it.

We'll have to agree to disagree. I think it was a bad call.

I'm thinking the handballs by Lescott and Micah in recent times when their arms were up in the air but they werent intentionally trying to handball it when the shot went into them. If you arms are up they are usually given, hands by the sides they arent, natural position is what the pundits call it. Neymar's arm wasnt by his side.

As you say agree to disagree boss.

No; "handball" has to be intentional for it to be given. Hence, if the ball is blasted point blank at a defender in the box, penalties are generally (though not always) not given. No way was that intentional. He fucked up the header, and headed it onto his forearm.
i'm sorry mate but if the ball goes into the net with the help of your arm its handball. ffs the ball could off gone anywhere if he didn't hand ball it.

The consensus is only like that on here cos they are biased in their hate of Neymar and wanting Juve to win. There was nothing wrong with the goal but it was disallowed so it's all moot now anyway.
