Just spoke to the club. They’re aware of the issue as are UEFA and the advice is to give it half an hour to refresh and try again.

If that doesn’t work they’re gonna call me back and issue another code.

Imagine missing out on a ticket because your code doesn’t work! You’ll be fine, but more concerned for people further down the pecking order.

To my surprise customer service answered in 15mins.
I've been advised to leave things 30mins so the uefa site can refresh. Apparently it's happening to loads of us. If still no joy I have to phone back in the morning. CTID
