Hi - I can’t see the option of transferring my apple wallet. How have you managed to do this ?
You can’t save a ticket to Apple or Google wallet. The UEFA app is the only platform that supports the tickets.
 
I have 1 ticket purchased, if I download to my eufa app, would I be able to tranfer to someone else if I cannot attand (which I will know tomorrow, long story) ?
If someone can see on their eufa app pleaseif they are able to transfer a single ticket purchased.

My mate is having trouble apparently and panicking . Another lad bought the tickets under his email address . He’s on android and got the UEFA mobile ticket app but says no tickets are linked to his email address but it says 2 tickets pending transfers under the transfer section .
Mine has been fine with my IPhone . Ticket straight to my UEFA ticket app just needs activating
Any advice much appreciated

Spoke to again I reckon he’s pressed transfer by accident . Cancelling it should make tickets reappear in his ticket app wouldn’t you think

The champions league portal ( website) is where you BUY the tickets.
The UEFA tickets app is where the tickets will be sent and where you keep them - like a wallet.
The champions league App is where all the travel details/ fan pass etc is.

If you know that you’ve bought tickets but they haven’t appeared in the uefa ticket app yet there are 4 possible causes

1) They will be sent later ( most likely cause)
2) you haven’t got tickets ( least likely as you know you’ve bought them )
3) you bought them on the portal having signed in using appleid and “ hide my email” is active . You may even have done this without realising. You can check by looking at the tickets app and your profile. It will list your email but also a “ ticketing email”. If that one is a weird address with “ private relay”in it then that’s what’s happened. Your tickets are being sent to the app registered under that weird email address. You need to register for the tickets app using that email address. All explained in photo below- taken from UEFA site.
4) you bought the tickets as in no 3 but for some reason the “ private relay” address has become your actual email as far as uefa are concerned. You can check this by logging onto your ticket portal and looking at your profile. If your email and ticketing email is listed as a “ private relay” address then you have a problem but it is solvable. You will need to set up the uefa tickets app using the private relay address as in no 3…but when it sends you the 6 digit code to complete setup you don’t get it because it goes to the weird address that doesn’t really exist. In this case you need to contact uefa on their chat function and tell them that you no longer have access to the email address that you used to buy tickets. They will need to know that address ( copy and paste it) and to see some ID. They will then send you the six digit code so you can complete registration. Then the ticket will be there and you can transfer it to your normal email account.

This is learnt from 3 days back and forth with uefa.
Seeing lots of questions around exactly this issue.
 
I'm in this situation but can't log in to the Ticket App as it asks for a Registration Code which I don't have. Any suggestions?

I have emailed Uefa but no response as yet.

Ignore this as the code has just turned up and I'm all good. Almost certainly some dumb shit I did :(

Had the same problem. Check your junk, that's where my code got sent. All downloaded the fan pass then my tickets appeared. Not aayingbthis will work but seemed to for me.
 
Hi - I have missed quite a few pages off this thread and having done a quick catch-up have not seen the problem that I am experiencing - so grateful for advice and apologies if it has been covered.

I have been given 2 access codes by CITY and I have used these to buy 2 tickets via the UEFA site

I have received confirmation from UEFA that they are now available and I have downloaded the UEFA App and attempted down-loading into the UEFA App/Wallet on my phone. I have 2 queries/issues.

1 - Ticket 1 - All has gone well (initially) and I can see the first of my tickets - and it displays that it is 'Ticket 1 of 2' and confirms that it is kept for my name - but it states that the ticket is not active. Am I right to think that the process is that it will not be made active until the time on Saturday I arrive at the stadium? I believe that a UEFA person will check it and make it active - and then I can progress to the turnstile. Is this correct - or do I need to do something to get it made active?

2 - Ticket 2 - I know it is there - I have seen emails from UEFA confirming the purchase and the seat number etc. but I cannot seem to bring it into the UEFA App/Wallet on my phone. I am thinking should I be able to do that or is it not possible to have multiple tickets on one phone? Should I download the UEFA App to another phone? - or am I just being stupid?
