I can see where it says access code, but how do you actually see the code?

Probably been asked countless times but when your window opens do you get an email for the code or go into your city account for it? Cheers lads

Email arrived at the exact time. It appeared in my City account some time later.

Try logging into his ticket account one of ours showed there before it arrived by email. Obviously check spam too.

Check your ticket account - my mate got a slight delay of 10mins yesterday. It appeared shortly afterwards.
