You need a test out and a test before returning.
Circa £100+ each for postal, good luck with them, or £170 - £350 each at private clinics on the govt list of approved clinics.
You cannot use the NHS.
How you will get the pre return test when you are there for a football match is anyone’s guess.
Some airlines are subsidising tests.

Return test needs to be done in the 3 days prior to your flight.
gov.uk advice says if you fly on a Friday, the test should be done Mon/Tue/Wed
assuming your going Fri to sun, get it done at the airport when you land at the airport and use that for the way back.

UK departure tests start at £45, and you need another one on day 2 when you come back.

Found a decent air b n b in Lisbon £18 a night and another in porto for £32 a night , won't work out too much that between 2 of us.

I went to Lisbon for the final last year. Sat with a load of PSG watching outside. Quite a few blues took a punt too. However can't go now but it's a great place. I went to both grounds for a look and Sporting was like Eastlands.
