No, they haven't. Cliff Auger of their supporters club believes that the delay is with UEFA.

That's almost all correct.

The reference for the test will be needed for the Passenger locator form coming back to the UK.
This can only be completed within 48 hours of your return to the UK.

There is a separate form to complete going out to Portugal.

You aren’t allowed to travel and then you follow Portugal’s quarantine rules which is self isolation for 14 days. I’m now even more pleased my outbound test will be used inbound :-)

I was going to book Dam for next monday, we fly weds morning, but then found one in heald green that do tests up to 6pm on a sunday so have now booked one with them. They guarantee sameday result if test taken before 12.30 and charge £95. If test result comes back inconclusive (believe some do) ive got time to do another.

I heard that there will be a ballot to enter and only those successful will receive details on ticket criteria. It will be a weighted algorithm ballot that will rely on your ability to name the ten previous CL winners in chronological order. The time taken to complete that task is then multiplied by 1/234 of your loyalty points. Interesting.
