I think the problem is this:


Originally the Portuguese interior minister said all 6000 fans had to be in a bubble, and then that this restriction might be removed from Monday 17th. So far this hasn't changed, I've not seen any statement about this.


I think City are conscious that some people have bought tickets and accommodation, and want to sell them a ticket only option. I bet they are lobbying the Portuguese to let them do that.

And perhaps UEFA have been told that all their hangers on have to be in a bubble aswell and enter on the day of the match.
 
Regardless of where the actual delay is coming from, there should have been more transparency club (At least on what they know up to now).

I'm on the verge of getting sacked here cause I've ruined the F5 button and done fuck all work for 3 days
 
Here’s my thinking:

In COVID land 10 days is a long time. So if a decision was made today, in ten days time the entire picture may/will have changed. Therefore it’s best to delay the decision on tickets etc for as long as possible in order to get it right first time around.
Based on that scenario expect a decision about 5pm a week on Saturday! :)
