If allowed in we’ll be going regardless. Flying to Lisbon and got 4 nights booked there as well as a night in Porto. If we’re not allowed near Porto we’ll stay in Lisbon and watch the match in a beach bar in Cascais. In 2015 it was a City supporters club bar, not sure if it still is though.

No, it’s an EU commission directive not to allow third country visitors at the moment. Of course Portugal could make their own decision but as they currently hold the EU presidency they aren’t wanting to go on their own. They are still debating it as I posted earlier. So why is that the fault of the British government? If you are going to talk politics at least talk senseIts life after Brexit whether you wanted it or not. We are non EU and non EU travel to the EU is banned. The fault lies with EUFA and the British Government. It should have remained no fans like last year.
